The stay was REALLY LOVELY. The hotel was located just off the city center, shops and petrol station one minute walking distace, town centre, and more pubs, a co-op and various shops. Had good location very close to a good pub. Places like Alston Moor Golf Club where within easy walking distance of from here too. We truly enjoyed the local cuisine in the restaurant.
Definitely, there was butter missing.

Spent my time lovely here. Thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was tidy with great breakfast. Some of the staff members were nice. The hotel had a beautiful location right by a parish church. There was a good restaurant, a market and different stores next door.

A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Amiable, amicable staff with smiling face. Easy enough to find, in the centre of Alston. Extremely close to The Hub-Heritage Museum.
No butter at all.

Beautiful and huge room available with fridge, great breakfast, for example. Great and stunning location close to the railway station, free parking onsite.
A bit small bathroom.

The atmosphere created was quiet. That hotel was in a marvellous location, in the centre of town. What's more, it was close enough to petrol station one minute walking distace, and more pubs, a co-op and various shops.

Hotel overlooked street and the room was tidy and huge. The food was good - a wide range of options. Helpful staff and the location was great. We had lunch at nearby The High Plaice, tried their fast food options. Overall truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
